Specifications MUST be picked up in person at the Office of Purchasing Room 335 at 465 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Newark, N.J. 07102.
Payment for specifications to be check made payable to County of Essex or cash. A cash payment must be the exact amount. No change can be made or is available.
Specifications are only available in paper form not electronic.
Only vendors that have obtained and paid for the bid plans and specifications directly through the County of Essex Office of Purchasing are eligible to bid; any bid submitted without compliance with this requirement shall be deemed non-responsive and rejected.
