There is no fee required to obtain plans and specifications.

Plans and specifications are only available in paper form not electronic.

Only vendors that have obtained the bid plans and specifications directly through the County of Essex Office of Purchasing are eligible to bid; any bid submitted without compliance with this requirement shall be deemed non-responsive and rejected.
